Due to photography effect sometimes there will be little shade difference. Our products are handmade and handcut so layering of the patterns might be slightly different.

Since we make very limited edition bags, and in small quantities we usually restock most of our bags within 25-40 days. For your convenience we have added an option on all our products which are out of stock, where you can mention your name and Email, you will receive an email once that product is back in stock.

We take full responsibility to make sure your order reaches you on time, but in very few instances we have noticed the courier partner has delayed the delivery. Kindly reach out to us on email reneeshbags@gmail.com immediately.

All the orders are carefully checked and inspected before dispatch, incase you have received wrong or defective product kindly do not panic. If possible send us parcel opening video. Our team will get back to you within 48 working hours and help solve your query.
